ibwet Terms & Conditions and Rules

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the ibwet platform (ibwet.app). By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms in full.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not continue using the platform. ibwet reserves the right to update these terms at any time, so we recommend reading them regularly to stay informed. Continued use of the platform after any updates are published will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

2.1 Age Restriction

The ibwet platform is available to players aged 21 and above only. If a person under 21 registers an account, the account will be closed immediately and no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

2.2 One Account Only

Each player is allowed only one account at ibwet. If two or more accounts belonging to the same person are found, ibwet has the right to close all related accounts and make a final decision on any remaining funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Details

The name, contact information, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate. ibwet is not responsible for any losses resulting from the submission of incorrect information.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and should not share them with anyone. If a third party accesses your account without authorisation and places bets, those bets will be considered valid and the account holder will be held responsible.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (per each of KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay)
• Deposits are confirmed almost instantly
• All deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks)
• Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay
• ibwet is not responsible for any bank fees or charges incurred through the payment process

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks
• Withdrawal time — within 15 minutes to 2 hours (under normal circumstances)
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawal requests will be processed by ibwet after verification and approval
• Withdrawals may be put on hold due to suspicious activity or unmet bonus wagering requirements

3.3 Financial Verification

ibwet may carry out identity verification on a player before processing a payment, in line with financial compliance policies. Players must understand that withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ibwet's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit (up to 200,000 Ks).

• Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks with a wagering requirement of 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
• Example 2 — Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 620,000 Ks with a wagering requirement of 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount × 25 wagering requirement must be met.

4.2 Bonus Forfeiture

• Using a bonus code by someone who is not entitled to it
• Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times from the same account
• Bonus fraud or attempting to exploit game mechanics to bypass wagering requirements

4.3 Other Promotions

Promotions, cashback, and VIP rewards offered at ibwet may each have their own terms and conditions, which will be stated alongside the respective promotion offer.

5.1 Player Responsibility

Players at ibwet play of their own free will and are responsible for their own gaming activity. ibwet promotes responsible gaming and provides tools for setting deposit limits, self-exclusion, and managing play time.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Transferring or lending an account to a third party
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Using the ibwet platform for money laundering
• Using computer bots, scripts, or automated software to play
• Threatening, manipulating, or exploiting game outcomes through advance knowledge or collusion
• Harassing or threatening ibwet staff or other players

5.3 Actions for Violations

If any of the above prohibitions are violated, ibwet reserves the right to suspend or close the account without notice and make a determination on any remaining funds.

6.1 Account Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account, they can contact us via 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected]. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be verified and paid out before the account is closed.

6.2 Closure by ibwet

ibwet may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons —

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is detected
• If questions arise regarding account ownership
• If legal or operational requirements demand it

ibwet protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and secure data management practices. Full details on how personal data is handled can be found in the Privacy Policy.

• Data provided will only be used to deliver services and meet legal requirements
• Player data will not be sold to third parties without the player's prior consent
• Payment information is handled in a manner compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

To the extent permitted by law, ibwet accepts no responsibility for losses arising from the following —

• Betting funds lost due to platform downtime or temporary unavailability
• Games interrupted due to internet connection loss
• Problems caused by incorrect information provided by the user
• Financial losses resulting from a player's own gaming decisions

ibwet's liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount deposited by the player during that gaming session.
